Step 1

Fill out the registration form, medical release, general liability waiver, media release, and code of conduct forms.

Select the number of players for registration and pay using credit/debit cards, check, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.

If you need a complete set or updating sizes, jerseys are available for order from the Wildcats store.
