Step 1
Registration
Fill out the registration form, medical release, general liability waiver, media release, code of conduct forms, and practice t-shirt order form.
NOTE: If you have already completed the season registration forms, you can opt out of doing all the forms again on the Spring Camp registration form.
Step 2
Spring Camp payment
Select the number of players for registration and pay using credit/debit cards, check, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.
